HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Request a Returns Number
Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to request your return.
Pack the product(s) securely in a box
Pack the product in it’s original packaging and place inside a secure box.
Label the box with your Returns Number
Ensure you write your Returns Number on the outside of the box.
Send the box to the Returns Address
Products must be returned by a registered mail or transport company with a tracking service.
Refunds/Returns Terms and Conditions
- You can request the cancellation of your order within 8 hours of the order being placed. Refund requests must be made using the form below (please note: you may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount).
- You can request to return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order in case you change your mind (you may incur a restocking fee).
- You can request to return a product within 7 calendar days of delivery, if the goods are faulty.
- Products must be returned by registered mail with a delivery tracking service. Please note that D&A Media is not responsible for any costs incurred in returning products to us. Please note, delivery costs will be refunded to you if upon inspection, it is found that the goods are indeed faulty.
- D&A Media must receive the unwanted product within 7 calendar days of you receiving the Return Reference Number.
- Once we receive the product and it has been checked thoroughly, a member of our support team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing. So please unbox and re-box all products with care.
- Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be issued within 14 calendar days of us receiving returned products.
- Note: D&A Media are not responsible for any costs incurred in refunding or returning any non-faulty products to us. These costs may be deducted from your refund.
